Since its inception, SignPlex has become a state of the art full service sign and graphics company providing vehicle graphics, signage, illuminated signage, electrical signage service and repair, banners, trade show displays and professional onsite installation. SignPlex is 3M and UL certified. SignPlex offer’s tools for small business to market more efficiently. As an attribute to our success SignPlex invests heavily in our employee culture. Our sister company, New Mexico Fleet Design, continues to provide a one stop repair facility for the commercial fleet industry that specializes in paint, collision repair, graphic production/installation, custom paint and graphic services for semi trucks, trailers and buses.

You’ll enjoy coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the ability to:

· Manage service and installations

· Coordinate service and installation appointments

· Schedule installations

· Prepare paperwork for service technician no later than one day prior to scheduled event

· Contact client at least one day prior to appointment

o Confirm client and prep is ready

· Update status in ShopVox application to keep Job Board current

· Accurately and consistently complete close out reports

· Gather all relevant information / paperwork

· Manage all invoices, images, receipts, actual BOM, etc. for each install

· Manage quotes and estimates, including close out

· Prepare quotes for installation and service requests

o Verify current material costs and negotiate pricing with vendors

o Follow up on open quotes weekly

o Meet with management to develop and review quotes, strategize potential work orders, and review completed work order as needed

o Negotiate quotes with client (management approval required)

· Manage close out activities

o Actual material costs vs quoted costs

o Actual time vs quoted time

· Manage customer service and relations

· Actively seek out new customers and national companies/ contracts

· Ensure client projects are serviced professionally and respectfully

· Follow up with clients to make sure they are satisfied with the competed work order / project

· Work after hours occasionally, if needed; accept additional tasks as needed

Physical Demands:

· Long periods of standing/walking (2-3 hrs at a time)

· Long periods of sitting (2-3 hrs at a time)
