POSITION SUMMARY 

The Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative team in producing original, inspired marketing materials to drive business development and build the overall brand of the Signorelli companies. The Creative Director will work under the direction of the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications, to conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies across a wide variety of creative projects.

Key responsibilities are gathering information from business stakeholders, surveying competitive materials, leading brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas to augment the marketing teams’ programs, weighing the costs and benefits of various marketing channels, and producing compelling, cohesive materials. 

As part of an integrated marketing team, the ideal candidate will contribute to and support the needs of both internal and external clients while focusing on results and raising Signorelli’s visibility as a fast-growing leader in the industry. This position requires knowledge of multi-faceted design and marketing concepts, media and software and a desire to evolve the creative function to meet the needs of a dynamic, innovative organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Lead creative team to achieve a well-orchestrated, cohesive brand. 
  • Enhance the visual identity of each member of the Signorelli companies including overall brand, brand guidelines, company brochures, corporate presentations, recruitment materials and company websites.
  • Develop and implement concepts, guidelines and strategic creative plans across a wide variety of projects across the companies; including: 
    1. Project and community brochures, factsheets, email flyer campaigns, corporate presentations, pitch materials, print and online advertising
    2. Internal and external communications to achieve defined brand objectives. 
  • Partner with Technology Services to develop all website concepts and user experience. 
  • Assist with all trade show and event branding.
  • Monitor technology advances and best practices for designers.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related degree.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of prior and demonstrated creative experience
  • Prior experience in real estate or related field preferred
  • Prior experience supervising a creative team

Technical Skills:

  • Highly creative aptitude 
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and Microsoft Office 
  • SharePoint, web development and video experience a plus
  • Experience in wire-framing/proto-typing tools like Adobe XD or Figma a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Personal Skills: The Creative Director must be flexible, highly creative, work well under pressure and tight schedules, and be enthusiastic about communicating the company's vision and differentiators through visual communications.

  • Strong analytical skills; adept at using objective tools to support the viability of marketing campaigns and business decision-making
  • Ability to plan, organize, and direct projects. Comfortable identifying options and assertively providing a recommendation for action. Capable of executing on set plan.

Other:

  • Travel and some evening work required for trade shows and company events.
