Signet Jewelers - Jared the Galleria of Jewelry is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in South Portland, ME. This position will be responsible for managing inventory and ordering of products.

Essential Functions:

• Manage and track inventory and order of products.
• Ensure that inventory levels are maintained at a minimum.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in the reporting of inventory data.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required products.
• Work with customers to resolve issues regarding inventory delivery.
• Work with sales team to resolve issues regarding inventory delivery.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and communication with clients and suppliers.
• Manage and track inventory control procedures, including but not limited to: product expiration, product movement, product return, product damage, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills:
·High School Diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s Degree preferred preferred.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
·Knowledge of ERP systems required.
·Knowledge of SAP preferred but not required.
·Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational skills; ability to work independently; attention to detail; ability to work under pressure; discretion; judgment; problem solving; written and verbal communication skills; multi-tasking skills; time management skills; problem solving skills; and good interpersonal skills are strongly preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
