Assistant Store Manager

Be the driving force of positive change in countless lives! As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to set and exceed individual and team standards. From achieving sales targets to creating an atmosphere of absolute customer satisfaction, your role will be dynamic and vital. You will also play a crucial part in developing the skills and product knowledge of our team members through training and evaluation, all while being a part of the recruitment process.

Job Requirements:

• Experience that Counts: Bring at least one year of retail experience, ideally in jewelry or specialty retail.
• Tech-Savvy: Navigate POS terminals, scanners, and basic computer software and hardware with ease.
