About job:

Signeekwave is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk / Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting various types of data into our systems, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Salary Range: $17.50 - $28.00 per hour

Job: Full time

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input various types of data into our systems, including alphanumeric and numerical data
• Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date
• Resolve data discrepancies or issues that may arise, working closely with other team members if necessary
• Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services
• Collaborate with other team members to improve data entry processes and procedures
• Assist with any other administrative or customer service tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data entry software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
