Signature Staffing is Hiring an Information Technology Desktop Specialist Near Sandwich, MA

Information Technology Desktop Support with Municipal experience onsite services to provide 40 hours per week from July 17, 2023 – January 17, 2023 (six months), with the option to extend the contract an additional six months. The hourly rate will be based on experience.

III. SCOPE OF WORK

Said services may include but are not limited to the following:

1) Antivirus, AntiSpam & Antispyware support

2) Email setup and support

3) Help Desk Support

4) Imaging PCs

5) Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, applications software, and telecommunications equipment

6) Mobile Device Support

7) Network (Wired/Wireless) support

8) Onboarding/Offboarding of employees

9) Printers, Copiers, and Scanners support

V. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

All prospective candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications.

5.1 The prospective person must demonstrate a minimum of Ten (10) years of experience in providing Information technology support

5.2 The prospective individual must be within 40 miles of Falmouth in order to respond to emergencies within 1 hour.

5.3 The prospective must have technical experience providing the same or similar services with a Municipality in the last three (3) years.
