Responsibilities:

• First Face / First Voice to our Patients
• Treatment Conversion
• Treatment Acceptance: Nurture & Follow Up
• Financial Arrangements and Documentation
• Clinical Flow Management
• Appointment Efficiency
• Collecting and Reviewing accounts with patients
• Patient follow up and reactivation

Skills Needed:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Efficient multitasking and organizational skills
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of Open Dental software preferred
• Experience with insurance required
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures a plus

Qualifications:

• High School or GED Required.
• Years of Dental Experience: 2
• Years of Sales Experience: 2
