Job Description

The Guest Services Agent plays a key role in greeting guests and monitoring parking spaces for businesses such as retail malls, doctors offices, banks, and multi-tenant commercial buildings.

This ambassador is often the first and last impression for every person entering and leaving the property and therefore must maintain a positive attitude and put forth a friendly and pleasant demeanor at all times.

This customer experience position will empower you to create and foster relationships with guests and challenge you to come up with new ways to engage with guests to provide unique and satisfactory experiences with everyone you encounter.

Benefits

Earn $17 per hour

Part-time position, 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday

Additional hours available if desired.

Requirements

All candidates for the Guest Services Agent position must be :

• At least 19 years of age
• Clean cut and professional appearance
• Living in / around the Santa Barbara area
• Comfortable working outside
• A people person with a passion to serve
