A Day in the Life:

• Call on and identify clients who can direct title business
• Maintain and expand business with existing customers
• Conduct closing transactions and provide exceptional customer service at the closing table
• Research companies, markets, buildings, and real estate transactions
• Build client relationships by communicating products and services such as Rate Calculator, Social and Leads.
• Maintain high activity rates with key partners, communicating with targets regularly

Who You Are:

• Experience in the Real Estate Title Business
• Existing book of business required
• Experience selling in a competitive market
• Experience in real estate, title or mortgage sales
• Proven successful sales and account management experience a must
• Excellent follow through and organizational skills
• High energy with a positive attitude
