Mail Clerk, Shipping & Receiving
Previous experience working with FX,UPS & USPS machines required
Receiving:
· Unpack, verify and record product shipments from suppliers
· Submit verified supplier packing lists for processing
· Stock shelves with received items
· Complete all other receiving tasks as assigned
Shipping:
· Process order shipments using company computer system and applicable shipping software
· Affix documentation and carrier shipment tracking labels to outgoing packages
· Assist in pulling orders to be shipped to clients and consumers
· Packaging and shipment of finished orders
· Complete all other shipping tasks as assigned
Generall Responsibilites of Mailroom Clerk:
· Responsible for accurate picking, packing and handling of products to be delivered to customers
· Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries
· Maintain space in a clean and orderly fashion including sweeping floors
· Assist in inventory control through adherence to policies and procedures
· Ensure that incoming/outgoing items are accurate compared to shipment documentation
· Complete all other required tasks as assigned
Qualifications of Mailroom Clerk:
· High school education or GED
· Shipping/receiving experience working with UPS, FedEx, USPS and other common carriers
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Excellent time management skills
· Capable standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
