Role Overview

As a Marketing Strategy Consultant, you will empower our clients by consulting on and implementing best practices in conversational marketing and account-based engagement. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about marketing, client success, and technology—particularly those recently graduated or with 1-2 years of post-college professional experience. You’ll be equipped with the necessary tools and training to excel, even if your background isn’t technical.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver strategic guidance to clients using Signals software along with other leading conversational marketing tools.
- Facilitate weekly and monthly meetings to discuss client strategies and ensure alignment with their marketing goals.
- Develop and manage chatbot functionalities and live chat campaigns that bolster sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate in the creation of detailed customer analytics and reports.
- Present ROI analyses quarterly to client executives.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on software functionalities, quality management, and industry best practices.
- Uphold and enhance Signals' reputation for exceptional customer service.
