Signal View Condominiums is Hiring a Leasing Specialist Near Chattanooga, TN
Leasing position Responsible for showing and leasing condominiums to prospective residents to maintain projected occupancy.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Conduct outreach marketing visits.
Works as a team participant to ensure the community meets the quality customer service standards set by the Signal View Condominium Association.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with owners, residents, vendors, subordinates, employees and the general public.
Comply with Federal Fair Housing laws and American with Disabilities Act as well as city, county and state rules and regulations.
Play an active role in the renewal process and prepare renewal leases for signatures.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all community policies, specials, current market conditions and competitor information.
Regularly shop comps and update market survey.
Maintain a stellar closing ratio. Yardi Breeze rent cafe software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
