Overnight Security Officer 

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 

Shift : 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Location: Quincy, MA
Pay Rate: $18.00 hourly
Signal of New England is seeking Security Officers to join our team. As a member of our team you would be responsible in securing the assigned property by monitoring the facility and automated machines.

The candidate will be observant and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous security experience and/or customer relations background is a plus.

Requirements and duties:

• Conduct screening of all personnel requesting access to the facilities
• Monitor cameras for illegal or dangerous activity
• Control access and egress of all truck traffic
• Weigh trucks
• Complete billing paperwork for truck traffic
• Conduct emergency response activities, when required. Our security officers will be the POC for all EMS personnel and will coordinate with staff to facilitate their safe actions during an emergency.
• Conduct access control at the guard shack to ensure only employees or approved vendors and transport enter the property.
• Identifying maintenance issues for the site staff (lights operational, trash/dumpsters emptied etc.)
