```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
```Qualifications```
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Strong supervisory skills to effectively lead a team of maintenance technicians.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software to track maintenance activities and generate reports.
- Leadership abilities to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to fabricate and repair equipment using various tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and logic controllers.
- Experience in maintaining HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and other building components.
