Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Print Shop Assistant/Production Associate. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our print shop and sign company by handling various administrative tasks and providing support in production activities.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and inquiries from customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and process invoices, estimates, and work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer orders, payments, and communications.
• Coordinate with the production team to schedule and prioritize work orders, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Assist with basic production tasks, including but not limited to t-shirt printing, vinyl cutting, and assembly, as needed.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld..

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service, print shop, administrative, or production role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and email.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to learn new tasks and skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
