Sign of the Buck is a new restaurant and bar located in the heart of historic Gettysburg, occupying the first floor of the newly renovated Union Hotel. The 100-seat establishment is set to open in late spring with a New American menu inspired by French cuisine and featuring produce and meats from local farms. We are seeking dishwashers ahead of opening who will report directly to the Executive Chef, General Manager, Sous Chef and Assistant Manager.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently while maintaining an orderly, clean work area
• Communicate effectively with fellow staff members
• Maintain uniform, hygiene, and grooming standards and requirements
• Ensure equipment is used safely and cleaned and maintained properly
• Adhere to daily and weekly deep-clean schedule
• Assist with the training of new employees
• Operate with a positive attitude and interact with staff respectfully; lead by example to set and maintain a high level of standards for culinary excellence and mutual trust among fellow staff members
