• Work with USASAC Country Teams to establish and identify commercial repair sources for the Repair and Return of commercial items under the overall FMS Repair and Return program.
• Work with USASAC Country Teams, G4, G8, ACC and other points of contacts in support of R&R.
• Support the development of Commercial Repair and Return Acquisition Requirement Packages (ARPs).
• Coordinate Request for Information (RFIs) between industry, G4, ACC, the USASAC Country Team and the FMS Customer.
• Coordinate MEL waiver request when estimated repairs are higher than authorized.
• Ensure that Billing FMS cases is in compliance with DoD FMR.; process payments, maintain an accurate record of customer information and give real-time status updates for each repair.
• Track the R&R process from Repair acceptance to Repair completion, billing.
• Ensure auditability of FMS items accepted into the program.
• Maintain and execute services while understanding and explaining their use, operation, and care to customers.
• Assists with and participates in case development efforts.
• Meets or exceeds key performance objectives, including LOA and satisfaction goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of latest products and services. Remain current on systems required to execute the process such as CISIL, WebRoR, CMA, etc.
• Travel as required

• Preferred 5 years of relevant work experience with logistics of material functions
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related fields
• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft products
• The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
