Operate as the central focal point for Industry Liaison efforts to include receiving, distributing, and tracking of Command-directed industry tasks (e.g., electronic taskers, congressional inquiries, verbal taskings) to ensure completion by due date.
Coordinate with SpOC/CC/CD staffs, SpOC Deputy Commanding General (DCG) staffs and SpOC special staff (i.e. Protocol Office, Staff Judge Advocate) to ensure industry engagement details, logistics and related staff packages are prepared within SpOC staffing guidelines.
Interface with corporate executives and executive staffs to collect briefings, biographies and other documents in support of industry meetings. Facilitate base/building entrance processes with company staffs. Facilitate meetings and site visits at company locations (i.e. collect location information, entry procedures, etc.).
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate industry outreach, industry days, seminars, workshops, briefings, and training events.
Coordinate location, audio visual support and event advertisement to SpOC personnel. Work with company representatives to facilitate base/building entrance processes, collect presentation materials and provide escort to/from event location as needed.
Review and identify errors in the documentation related to Space industry liaison efforts in support of the SpOC industry efforts and provide portfolio management support to track specific critical path elements as part of the Tasker Management Tracker (TMT) System. Consolidate information from government and/or commercial sources into prescribed industry engagement formats.
Provide recommended revisions and/or deliverables in a variety of formats, i.e., briefs, point papers, summaries, etc. on higher headquarters’ industry taskings.
Assist with standard base/building entrance processes and escort industry visitors from arrival to departure at SpOC Headquarters building.
Experience and Skills:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
