PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the three (3) Joint Planning Groups within J351 to execute adversary-based planning within a 60 day to 2 year horizon by supporting joint planning IAW JP 5-0 and Joint Operations IAW the JP 3-0 series. Participate in OPTs, integrate, and synchronize plans, concepts, designs, and methods with the JS; and write and staff orders, plans, and instructions. Schedule, secure, and setup meeting location and communications and support the planning and execution of JS and USSPACECOM exercises and war-games including necessary travel and extended workdays for Large Scale Global Exercise, GLOBAL THUNDER, GLOBAL LIGHTNING, JS GIE, JS GIW, and Schriever Wargames. Attend USSPACECOM-provided training and use command-directed tools for execution of tasks such as C2IE and TMT. Support the Campaign and Integration Teams of J352 to support campaign plan development, annual order, and Operation OLYMPIC DEFENDER (OOD) via the execution of OPTs, CARs, and use of C2IE. Support joint planning IAW JP 5-0 and Joint Operations IAW JP 3-0 series, participate in OPTs, and integrate and synchronize plans, concepts, designs, and methods. Write and staff orders, plans, and instructions; schedule and setup meeting locations and communications; and attend USSPACECOM-provided training and use command-directed tools such as C2IE and TMT.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: SME - deep experience in initiating and/or developing Government specified content for the USSPACECOM J35. Experience in providing strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis and recommendations for mission and program challenges. Has the specific skills, knowledge, and comprehension to perform all task functions quickly and accurately without supervision or assistance. BA/BS or MA/MS desired.
Journeyman - bachelor's degree and 3-10 years of experience or master's degree required. 5 years of relevant experience may be traded for degree requirements.
Security Clearance: U.S. Citizen, Top Secret with SCI Eligibility, SAP/CAP access required for J352 support positions

Previous experience at a CCMD with requirements
Ability to identify and resolve challenges at a strategic level
Ability to brief/interactive with senior (GO/FLAG) level officer and senior civilians
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $115,000 to $125,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
