Installation Analyst III (Contingent upon contract award)Position Overview:The Installation Analyst III assumes a leadership role in overseeing and optimizing the installation processes for hardware and software products across various platforms, including ships, shore installations, and submarines. With a Master's Degree and extensive professional experience spanning 10 years in installation support, the incumbent will provide advanced analytical expertise to ensure the seamless deployment of technology while adhering to established policies, processes, and standards. They will play a key role in developing and refining installation documentation and specifications, as well as providing strategic guidance for tool development initiatives. Moreover, the Installation Analyst III will possess a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing installation procedures for both Programs of Record (POR) and non-POR systems within the Navy domain.Key Responsibilities:
Lead analytical efforts to support the installation of hardware and software products on diverse platforms, leveraging extensive experience to optimize deployment processes.
Spearhead the development and refinement of afloat, shore, and submarine installation policies, processes, standards, and training documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
Provide strategic guidance on installation process execution requirements and software specifications to support the development of tools aimed at enhancing installation efficiency and effectiveness.
Apply comprehensive knowledge of regulations and policies governing the installation of Programs of Record (POR) and non-POR systems, including but not limited to Navy Installation Process Handbooks, NAVSEA Technical Specifications, OPNAV instructions, and the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging technologies and best practices in installation methodologies, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting complex installation issues, providing innovative solutions and ensuring timely resolution.
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Represent the installation team in cross-functional meetings and forums, advocating for best practices and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Networks, Cybersecurity
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience supporting the installation of hardware and software products, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and achievement.
Advanced proficiency in analyzing installation requirements and providing strategic solutions to optimize deployment processes.
Proven ability to develop comprehensive installation policies, processes, standards, and training documentation.
Strong aptitude for providing strategic guidance on installation process execution and software specifications to support tool development initiatives.
Expertise in navigating and interpreting regulations and policies governing installation procedures within the Navy domain.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve organizational objectives.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Prior experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members is highly desirable.
