WHAT WE NEED:

Reliability Specialist

The Reliability Specialist will support reliability improvement and maintenance projects for a range of clients on various turbomachinery. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in turbomachinery and be able to provide guidance to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support rotating equipment reliability improvement and maintenance projects.
• Support technical assessments and inspections of turbomachinery to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of maintenance and reliability strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Develop turnaround and outage work scopes for critical rotating equipment.
• Provide front-end outage planning support.
• Support development and implementation of training programs for clients to improve their turbomachinery equipment knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Support technical resources in the field.
• Support development of job books prior to equipment outages.

WHO WE NEED:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in turbomachinery equipment maintenance and reliability.
• Technical knowledge of rotating equipment, including turbines, compressors, pumps, motors, and generators.
• In-Plant / End-user experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) are a plus.
• OEM background is a plus.
• Equipment vibration and machinery lubrication certification are a plus.
