SiFive is looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Engineer to help manage support in our Austin location. As a member of the IT team this position will be responsible for all on and off boarding activities and provide high quality support to our employees in Santa Clara as well as other SiFive locations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement and deployment of laptops and other equipment to employees.
• Manage and maintain inventory of all assets Manage the provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts for all services as needed
• Manage Zoom Rooms Video conferencing systems and provide support when needed.
• Work with teams across other locations to manage Service Desk ticket queue
• Assist in management of end point management systems such as Jamf and Desktop Central Ensure IT compliance with SiFive Security standards

Qualifications:

• Degree in related field or significant relevant experience.
• 4 years of progressive experience in an IT Helpdesk, IT Systems, SaaS, and Server Admin capacity
• Deep knowledge of Google Workplace and Office 365
• Experience working with Single Sign on systems such as Okta Knowledge of end point management systems such as Jamf and ability to automate common support tasks.
• Extensive knowledge of Mac OS and Windows 10 operating systems. Linux a plus.
• Great customer Services skills and a can do attitude Ability to work in a fast paced environment and focus on multiple tasks.
• Good understanding of IT Security best practices
