We are Siffrin, a non-profit organization that, for nearly 50 years, provides supervised living services for adults with developmental disabilities in four counties. We are looking for a Supervised Living Home Manager to lead one of our homes, where you will create a positive and supportive environment for our residents and staff.

As a Supervised Living Home Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the daily operations, staff supervision, resident care, and quality assurance of one of our homes
• Coordinating with other service providers, such as health care professionals and others to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, support and opportunities
• Fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and independence for our residents and their families
• Implementing and evaluating person-centered plans and goals for each resident
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, preferably in a residential setting.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A current CPR and first aid certification preferred.
• A clear background check.
• A compassionate, respectful, and positive attitude.
