Siffrin is a non-profit organization that provides residential and community support services to people with developmental disabilities in Ohio. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable direct support professionals (DSPs) to join our team and provide quality care to our clients.

As a DSP, you will assist our clients with their daily living activities, such as personal care, household chores, medication administration, transportation, and socialization. You will also support our clients in pursuing their interests, hobbies, and aspirations, such as education, employment, volunteering, and recreation. You will be a positive role model and advocate for our clients, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being.

To be a DSP, you need to have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A clean background check.
• A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
