Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center

Summary

Provides for the planning, coordination, and provision of nursing care to patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit on specified shifts. This position is responsible for care planning, medication administration, noting of physiological changes, and psychosocial needs of neonates, as well as the education/training of the patient and their family. Supervises and delegates care responsibilities to ancillary personnel commensurate with their scope of practice and will be cross trained and float to Peds.

Required Qualifications

Minimum one year NICU experience required
Current CA RN License
BLS, PALS, NRP Certifications upon hire
Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

Neonatal transport experience
Previous experience attending deliveries for neonatal resuscitation purposes
RNC or CCRN Certification

Sign on bonus doesn't apply to internal applicants

Pay Range: $47.66 - $77.89

Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience
