Sierra View Medical Center is Hiring a LVN - DP/SNF - Per Diem Near Porterville, CA
- Under general supervision of the Director, Clinical Manager and RN. The LVN delivers patient care within LVN scope of practice to the ages of the patients served.
- Demonstrates the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs and has an understanding of the range of treatment needed for all patient groups.
Education/License/Certification:
- Current CA Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or obtain within orientation process, prior to hands-on patient care.
- 1 year LVN experience in Sub-Acute Setting required.
- Must have IV Certification or obtain within 6 months of hire date.
