Position Summary:

The Home Health Wound Care Registered Nurse provides nursing care to the patients/clients with special care needs as requested by the patient/client and when required as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the policies of the agency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two years of general nursing experience, with current Home Health, Medical, Surgical or Critical Care experience.
• Current California RN license
• Current Wound Care Certification (WOCN)
• Current BLS from an AHA approved training center
• Must have a current and valid California RN license
• Must have a vehicle with auto insurance coverage
