Sierra Family Dentistry is looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator to work in our office. This position is responsible for the coordination of treatment plans, scheduling, and billing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate treatment plan scheduling and billing with insurance companies.
• Schedule and book treatment appointments.
• Checks insurance eligibility
• Answer telephone calls, direct calls to the appropriate person, or answer general questions.
• Review and distribute treatment plan information to clients.
• Provide client information on new client admissions and treatments.
• Prepare and distribute patient bills for services rendered.
• Provide patient and family support.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Bilingual Spanish is must

Education and Experience:
·High School Diploma or equivalent required. Certification in X ray Radiation and dental assistant
·Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
·Prior experience in dental field preferred
·Must be able to work a flexible schedule weekends, as needed to meet the needs of the clinic.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dental clinic: 2 years (Preferred)
