Role: Technical support (Meeting Room)Location: COOPERSTOWN, NEW YORK (Onsite)Duration:- Long TermRate: $19/Hour w2 Job Description:- This position assists staff with technical support includes technical assist on setting up meeting bridge ,telephonic issues ,port issues ,projector Managing a high quality, customer focused Executive/Conference room service, providing enhanced support to over 30 state-of-the art roomsCompleting regular housekeeping checks throughout the Executive/Conference rooms to deliver a seamless meeting room experience to all internal and external usersEnsuring the rooms are managed to a high standardLiaising closely with the catering, IT, engineering and property management teams and provide the service support requiredSetting and re-setting of conference and meeting rooms in a timely fashionBeing the first point of contact for all room issues, providing timely response and coordination of remedial workReporting faults immediately through the facilities response centre or supervisor as appropriateAdvising users on meeting room availability and suitability by using the On-Line Room Booking SystemThe coordination of all meeting room bookingsControlling entry and exit of visitors and employees, ensuring that any security procedures are followedGreeting visitors in a polite, friendly and professional mannerMaintaining an accurate visitor’s logMaintaining awareness of the client businessAnswering telephone calls within the specified response timeThe successful candidate for this role will have: A high degree of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressureExperience of being discreet when working with confidentiality and sensitive dataExcellent communication skillsGood customer service and communication skillsThe ability to demonstrate great team work

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
