Job Description 10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test architecture.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.

Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, C#).

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.

Testing Methodologies:

In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Experience with behavior-driven development (BDD) and test-driven development (TDD).

Communication:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership:

Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding testing teams.

Proven ability to influence and drive change in testing processes.
