Marking and Admissions Coordiator Nursing Home and Assisted Living

Monday through Friday possition. 40 hours per week. Hours per day will be on facility needs and are variable and negotionable. 

Full-time possition with Benefits available.

Addmission Coordinator coordinates all admitting department operations within both Continental Springs nursing facility and the attached assisted Living. Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance within Nebraska standards and requirements are met. 

Job duty requirements would be as follows:

Speaking with Admission coordinators within different systems and utilizing time spent coordinating with hospital discharge planners. 

Going through the medicaid and medicare process with potential residents through the admission process. 

Working with both Director of Nursing and Administrotor to assess referrals with follow up documentation of results. 

Working with therapy to insure that authorizations are completed and followed up on. 

Marketing experience is a must and will work hand in hand with monthly duties per facility need.
