Job Summary:
This position has responsibility for preparing bakery items according to scheduled menus and established recipes. This position also prepares salad bar items and café specials.
Duties:
Experience:
Certification in Sanitation is required. Minimum of three (3) years baking/cooking experience in a full-menu production kitchen. Ability to comprehend and use standard recipes. Ability to operate cooking equipment. Ability to read/use simple math. Ability to adapt to a variety of duties and situations.
Hours:
Monday and Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm. One Saturday a month 6:00am - 2:30pm
A criminal background check will be conducted prior to offer of employment.
