We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Administrative Assistant to join our production team at our El Paso, TX facility.

Role Description

• Assist in the data entry process for shipping and receiving, consigned materials, cycle counts, raw material shipments while maintaining varies of databases on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Coordinating and maintaining office supplies, computer supply and warehouse supplies.
• Paperwork for finished goods shipments.
• Connect with buyers for short orders, discrepancies, and receipts.
• Generate presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications :

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing as an Administrative Assistant
• 1 year experience working with in Microsoft office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Bilingual
• Completed High School Diploma or GED
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications :

SAP experience
