Will be operating alloy saw according to production specifications to produce the correct charge weights and to organize incoming alloy and current inventory by type.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Organize incoming alloy by type keeping the area organized and clean
• Ability to become forklift certified and operate a hoist / crane and a grinder
• Ability to weld charge pieces together
• Operate the following GSP Standards : XRS gun inspection and use, ingot chamfering on both ends, proper alloy consumption / - 2 lbs, only one open crane in the area
• Communicate alloy needs and ability to use the Mercury system
• Cross-train and other duties as needed by the supervisor

What You Bring

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Able to perform math functions and read instructions in English or blueprints.
• The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and / or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
