Responsible for managing the release of the product from planning to production. Duties will include: scheduling, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, tracking and assessing progress, maintaining legal and security compliancy, and managing risks and mitigation plans with the goal of an on-time release.
Required education and focus: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a closely related field preferred.
Required work experience:
Must be deadline focused, organized and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced delivery environment
Negotiate, plan and manage multiple releases
Manage risks and resolves issues that affect the ability to release on time with high quality
Ensure teams and products comply with legal requirements for release
Coordinate Early pre-production deliverables for customer evaluation
Remove roadblocks that prevent production teams from performing to their highest potential
Collaborate with internal teams on process improvement initiatives
Experience in releasing software - 1 cycle minimum
Required knowledge, skills, or expertise:
Must be able to demonstrate good analysis and problem-solving skills
Must be deadline focused, organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced delivery environment
Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work with different engineers, customers and other groups as required (ex: legal, finance, product management, development, QA, etc.)
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast environment with lots of change.

The salary range for this position is $82,900 to $149,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
