Summary:

As a Concrete Form Carpenter Crew Foreman, you will be at the forefront of our concrete construction projects, leading and coordinating our skilled crew. Your primary role will involve overseeing the construction of concrete forms, ensuring exceptional quality, and upholding stringent safety standards. You will interpret blueprints, provide expert guidance to crew members, and manage project timelines efficiently.

Your responsibilities extend to operating carpentry tools and equipment, setting an example for your team by adhering to our company values, prioritizing safety, and conducting business with integrity. Responsibilities:

• Promote company values and prioritize safety for yourself and others.
• Construct concrete forms efficiently and safely, following blueprints or verbal instructions.
• Interpret blueprints to determine material requirements and structure dimensions.
• Prepare form layouts using lines and grades.
• Measure and shape materials using hand and power tools.
• Ensure structure accuracy with appropriate tools.
• Safely use carpentry hand tools.
• Assemble concrete-supporting forms with cleats, timbers, tie rods, and anchor bolts.
• Perform rebar tying as needed.
• Assist in concrete placement and finishing.
• Calculate material quantities for construction.
• Adhere to safety and project rules, including PPE usage.
• Contribute to talent development culture.
• Perform additional assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Carpentry and construction skills.
• Concrete finishing experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations.
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in reading, writing, basic math.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a Siema vehicle.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work both day and night shifts when required.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/carry 50-100 lbs manually.
• Stand, walk, carry tools/equipment for extended periods.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl.
• Work in extreme weather conditions (hot/cold).

Education/Work Experience:

• Desired: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desired: 3 years of experience in Civil Carpentry.
• Knowledge of small tool care.
