Financial Planning Specialist

Finacial Planning 40%

• Create/Update planning client’s Financial Statement
• Maintain client contact and notes in CRM/Salesforce
• Verify/ Project Cash Flow occasionally
• 401(k) printouts
• Prepare Long Term Care proposals
• Prepare Insurance proposals
• Excel spreadsheets
• Prepare correspondence, agreements, and attachments for plan engagement
• Assist in Implementation of plans
• Prepare charts, graphs, reports or other visual aids for financial plans and reviews
• Coordinate/verify/monitor any follow up items including internal/external information, forms processing, etc. from a meeting

• Field phone calls and emails from clients
• Follow up with client on allocation proposal
• Conference Calls and/or attend outside meetings when necessary (i.e. EP/Medical/Social Security)
• Coordinate Home Mortgage financing at the direction of advisor
• Attend and/or conduct client meetings to sign paperwork when necessary
• Field wanted and/or directed transactions from Client (i.e. reallocation/cash flow)
• Place trades when needed **for licensed individuals

• Back up phone for front desk as needed
• Plan and prioritize own work schedule
• Scanning files to electronic storage
• Use “to-do” lists, calendars, computer software or other work/time management systems
• Provide information to corporate office staff (forms, applications, special requests)
• Perform other allowable duties as assigned by advisor(s), as well as any duties a planning assistant may perform
• Maintain all client interaction on the client management system (CRM)
• Maintain files and records (Online File Manager, Box, and/or CRM)
• Prepare for and complete registration, licensing, continuing education requirements or financial planning courses

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
