Join SidelineSwap as a Trade-In Event Assistant and help to power the circular economy of sports!

In this role, you will have the ability to impact many aspects of SidelineSwap’s Trade-In Events, which are hosted at retail stores (Dick’s Sporting Goods, Monkey Sports, etc.

and sports facilities, where customers can trade-in their old sports gear in return for store credit. As a SidelineSwap Trade-In Assistant, you’ll receive experience in the following areas : event management, customer service, account management, sales & marketing, and retail analytics.

Requirements include (but not limited to) :

Serve as the face of SidelineSwap at Trade-In events and help to deliver the best customer experience possible

Evaluate sporting goods using our value guide and trade-in technology

Learn inventory management system to ensure proper distribution of items at events

Photograph items to capture key details for e-commerce

Other duties as they arise
