Responsible for ensuring coordination and inventory for the mold shop warehouse of a team on behalf the manager, control execution, schedule activities, update KPIs and inventory and deliver communication
**Your Mission**
Role responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse activities, such as
* Packing, Shipping and Receiving of freight,
* Attending to the inventory needs of the production teams
* Ensuring inventory levels and replenishments
* Gathering and reporting inventory and warehouse performance indicators
* Assign people to tasks and operation relative to their job description
* Manage the schedule of activities of the assigned department or area
* Apply safety rules and plant or department procedures and make reports of any deviation to the manager
* Lead part of the improvement plan linked to his perimeter
* Support manager with budget management and control
**Your Profile**
Min 2 years warehouse coordinator or supervisor role Experience working with main carriers to schedule and track shipments (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) Working experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.) Working experience with SAP Valid forklift/power industrial truck license **Contract Type**
