Duties and Responsibilities

• Make routine parts runs to deliver parts from warehouse to manufacturing facilities using a company parts vehicle.
• Participate in daily inventory audit/ inventory management initiatives.
• Perform day to day shipping and receiving duties.
• Review parts request and pull/issue parts to release to production via RFSMART handheld.
• Participate in the upkeep of the warehouse 5S initiatives.
• Restock items as they come in and maintain accurate documentation.
• Operate forklift/reach truck to load and unload heavy components.
• Maintain storage locations for all items.
• Ensure parts returns are conducted in a timely manner and processed correctly through the ERP system.
• Responsible for learning parts/service product identification and application.
• Perform additional parts warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of warehouse operations (e.g. inventory management, shipping & receiving)
• Good working knowledge of inventory management software, and ERP systems (RF smart, WMS, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP etc.)
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work with multiple cross functional teams.
