Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their automotive service needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service
- Assist customers in finding the right products or services for their vehicle maintenance needs
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely completion of customer orders

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive parts and services is a plus
- Proficiency in English and [additional language] is highly desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively

Monday through Friday 8-5pm, 40 hours a week

Starting wage is $17/HR, based on experience
