Responsibilities included, but are not limited to:

• Develop and apply system interface elements, text styles, and uniform terminology to innovative new features.
• Work across marketing & creative design teams to identify emerging trends.
• Develop and maintain a pattern library and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing designs.
• Design and deploy interaction patterns through components, documentation, and prototypes.
• Continually seek to understand the capabilities and technical constraints of the systems with which you’ll be developing and working.
• Interpret feedback positively and use it as an opportunity for improvements.
• Detailed understanding of the end-to-end product design process, including how to develop and use journey mapping, prototyping, user stories, user testing, visual design, etc.
• Include all safety or legal requirements and verbiage on any print materials created ensuring that internal approval procedures are followed.
• Assist, as needed, in the two-dimensional aspects of the three-dimensional development (ex. Creating product stickers, patterns, etc.)
• High understanding of package print, including final proofing and redesign/adjust mistakes
• Contribute team members and leverage relationships to advance work.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Must submit the portfolio
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, etc.
• 3 years of experience in the beauty industry required.
• Experience in product design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative suites.
• Knowledge of branding.
• Well organized, detail oriented.
• Ability to muti-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-directed and result-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
• Photography and videography is a plus.
• Bilingual in English & Korean (Required)
