Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Server/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with menu selections
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Operate cash register and handle transactions
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining and cashier areas
- Assist in food preparation and handling when needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math and retail math for cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with food handling and sanitation practices
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant as needed
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Culinary knowledge or experience
- Familiarity with kitchen operations
- Experience with Aloha POS system
