Job Description

One of our premier clients is seeking an Audit Manager-CACR Market Risk with subject matter expertise of FRTB, particularly standard approach method and US, UK, and EU regulation. The right candidate will report directly into the Auditor in Charge for this contracting opportunity. 

Project Length: 6 months 

Location: Remote-East Coast

Compensation: This role will compensate between $105-$110/HR 1099 depending upon years of experience, education, and relevant certifications. 

Responsibilities

• Perform process understandings
• Develop test programs
• Test process controls
• Document results
• Operate under the oversight of Auditor in Charge or Senior Audit Manager

Qualifications

• Subject matter knowledge of FRTB, particularly standard approach method and US, UK, and EU regulation
• Subject matter knowledge of traded markets valuation and market risk including risk factor sensitivities
• Effective verbal and written communication capabilities to document results
• Audit experience performing process understandings and testing control effectiveness
• Experience with regulatory change management processes
• Experience with market risk models and market risk measurements [e.g. Value at Risk (VaR)]
• Subject matter knowledge of FRTB, traded market valuation and market risk, including risk factor sensitivities
• Audit issue validation skills to understand processes, design test programs, and test control effectiveness
