1. Greet customers warmly and provide them with accurate menu information and recommendations.

2. Take customers' orders and ensure accuracy in inputting them into the POS system.

3. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.

4. Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

5. Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales.

6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.

9. Process payments and handle cash accurately.

10. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a server in a restaurant setting.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

4. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

5. Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.

6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

7. TIPS certification is a plus.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
