SI Engineering, P.C. is Hiring a Construction Inspector - Pedestrian Ramps Near New York, NY

SI Engineering, P.C. (SIE) is a full-service consulting engineering firm based in downtown Manhattan providing services in civil, structural, transportation engineering, bridge & facility inspection, construction management & inspection and lighting design. We are engaged in local community improvement projects to large, high-profile, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects with a strong reputation of delivering a wide range of projects for our clients in the public sector.
SIE is looking for a Construction Inspector to support REI Services for a NYCDDC project located in Queens and Staten Island, NY.
Responsibilities:

Monitoring contractor’s work
Ensuring construction is as per the plans and specifications
Preparing daily reports
Assisting Office Engineer as needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualification & Skills:

8 years of REI/CM experience on infrastructure projects
4 years of experience working on NYCDDC projects preferred
Bachelor’s in Engineering or active NICET certification required
OSHA 30

Expected salary range is $90,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.SI Engineering, P.C. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
