Job Overview:Shriners Childrens, the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center, has an opportunity for a RN Care Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:The RN Care Manager is responsible for providing assessments, planning, interventions and follow-up for patients and family members at Shriners Children's across the continuum of care. Through this function, by joining the team, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact on our patient's experience. You'll help to provide continuity of care for positive outcomes in our family centered environment.
Qualifications:BSN required, MSN preferred.
