Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for critically ill pediatric patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess the condition of pediatric patients in the PICU
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:
- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Previous PICU experience preferred
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
