Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opportunity for a Physician Referral Liaison for our Northern California facility in Sacramento, CA.
The Physician Referral Liaison effectively plans, analyzes, and implements outreach efforts in the market area. The Physician Referral Liaison develops and maintains relationships within the physician community to enhance lines of communication and build the referral base for Shriners Children’s, and provides leadership with referral assessments to support strategic initiatives and identify opportunities and threats posed by competitive forces in the market area.
This is a remoterole. Candidate should reside at or near Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus or surrounding counties. Travel level for this position is estimated at 75% , with the majority of that travel being local and completed within a workday. Overnight travel will be required on an estimated bi-annual basis. The focus on this territory will change based on need and opportunity. The pay range for this position is $74,780 - $93,475. Compensation is determined based on relevant experience and department equity.
Responsibilities include cultivating new and existing referral relationships; utilizing marketing and communications techniques; and identifying areas in the referral loop for both performance improvement and barriers to success.
