The IT Support Specialist will assist in all aspects of Technology Support for 240 end users in 18 separate locations in the tri-state area. The IT Support Specialist, reporting to the IT Manager, will address and resolve issues submitted through the Help Desk ticket system; respond to user questions, problems, and PC service requests relating to STO?s I/T infrastructure or software systems; manage problem escalation and issue tracking process; and provide hands-on installation, configuration, and maintenance for equipment at all company locations in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana, while Headquarters (Sylvania Ave in Toledo) will be ?home office? location.
